Busy day, volunteered at food pantry. Guess I am one of the cool kids now, the Volunteer Manager invited me to go to dinner with her and the former Director who I met at the fundraiser. Cool. Columbian food. Hopefully I won't be out of town when they go.

That's really nice of you to volunteer there. I sent a check to our local food bank today and I've dropped off food but that's it!

I worked in nonprofit for over 20 years, and met some of the nicest people I've ever encountered there. Good for you. When we do something to help others, we give ourselves a gift.
