Hi Caroline Brightman, I see you are doing very well on your diet, so very well done. I am trying very trying!!!!. Since Jim passed away, I've put on one and a half stone in 5 months, so I'm trying to turn my life around. As none of my lovely clothes fit. I am swimming, aqua aerobics, yoga, and aerobics, and I'm starting the gym on Saturday. Not all the equipment just cross trainer and something for a bit of a tummy. Keep intouch. Aww thank you hunnie , I am still trying it goes up and down. Really quickly , I am in the gym when I can due to work and the little ones . Do try not to be hard on yourself take care xx

Hello, my dear, how are you? I'm doing very well. I'm trying to put a video on this site. Do you know how? Doesn't matter if you don't. I've been so busy. Aerobics, aqua aerobics, yoga, pilates, and swimming also the gym and work. I hardly ever stop. But it's doing me good. What are you up to? Very best wishes, Merry Mel 😍
