1 lb more.. yahoooo! Im feeeeeelin goooooood! Hey everyone.. I tried something new to me this week. Spaghetti squash.. Amazing stuff. I work out a lot and at times ,,, many times, I get an overwhelming hunger bug after my workouts at dinner time and my eyes become bigger than my stomach.. I fooled my visual cravings for something big by piling almost two cups of this stuff mixed in with 1/2 cup of a very light veggie and chicken breast stir fry for dinner. 4 point dinner!!!! and I was stuffed! OMG.. This also works with marinara sauce and lean ground beef.. I shall try that one next.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
