Okay. I’ll take it! Yesterday I did two indoor cycle classes and played pickleball. I ate healthy and ignored Christmas cookies.
150.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
