Macros are a juggling act. Eating more fats than intended while trying to keep the proteins up and the carbs down. There's freaking salt in everything and some days it seems impossible to keep it under 1500 mg. Need to drink more water (sans the flavor packets) and move more. As Kevin Cronin says...Keep pushin' on. :)
171.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
