I must stop eating - and by eating I mean stuffing my face at every available opportunity.

I also have changed my gym membership so I should use the time that I'm eating to go to the gym and not just moan about how I'm putting weight on.

BUT on the other hand, I now have a shiny new gym "Go Anytime" membership.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
