Noooo curses back to 78 again.
Am I the only woman in the world who starts to exercise (nothing exciting granted, 15 min on the treadmill and 15 min on the rowing machine) and gains more than half a kilos back in 3 days??
Why are the Rat Gods keep favouring me, I ask you 🙃
173.1 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

it could be water weight? don't be too hard on yourself.

Yup happens to me all the time!!!! Whenever I exercise - the next day I am heavier. 🤷‍♀️ Stick with it. Consistency is key 👍
