Losing ItAll's Journal, 25 September 2014

Meh. Needing to get a grip. I had a grip and then I let go.
Have had few sessions in the gym or pool (bad toe with a cut on it, so I'm not sure that I should be Water-bound. BUT It's water aerobics tonight and I've got a new pair of rubber slipper sock things, SO I might just go anyway.)

221.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
