Dukan Day Three
Down 2 lbs this morning. SU is down another 3 pounds! He has lost 5 lbs in 2 days! And he feels wonderful. MEN!
Feeling just okay. Forced myself to eat some shrimp last night. I think the new meds are the culprit. I have an appetite but feel so nauseated-hard to eat. Insomnia too. Going to stay on the "attack phase"-that's what they call it, until Saturday. THen I can start to eat veggies with the protein-oh joy!!

Heya, I just caught up w/ your journals. Never heard of this diet but I am glad you found it and its working on ya! You don't like to eat meats/eggs/protien?? Wow. I love most all foods now. LOL I crack myself up everytime I reach for a cantaloupe...I seriously USED to hate HATE the taste... I really flipped a switch w/ foods that are healthy now! Oh eggs too, I used to get grossed out, now I LOVE egg whites. You just have to find the ones you like and learn the right way to prepare them for you.

And where have you been little missy?
I can eggs sometimes (especially when my body craves protein) but always end up feeling sick afterwards. I like a good spinach, mushroom omelette with salsa but can't have any veggies until Saturday. Saving eggs for the next phase I guess. Do you eat scrambled whites that come from the carton?
This diet if from a French "nutritionist" doctor and was followed by what's her face Duchess Kate for the royal wedding. Everyone says she is too skinny-ha, that's the diet for me! Just kidding!
I used to loathe kiwi and now really enjoy it!
