Hi everyone, I have had a bad couple of weeks . It keeps on happening I find myself in a good space . And then bang I am again on my knees . So we start again .
211.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

Hi,,,,I know,,, I Know it's so hard and like you said bad eating habits come from how you cope with life and what it flings at you. What I know is that honesty is key and finding out the triggers to eating....my mum was addicted to food and food has been a battle during the generations....I told myself just what the last comment ...Keep going...😁
