This weigh in is actually a total of three weeks. I was out of work with a knee injury so I could not weigh myself because I use the scale at work. I guess I should by myself one...;)
422.0 lb Lost so far: 88.0 lb.    Still to go: 172.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.0 lb a week

Hey!!! Congratulations on the weight loss, and apparenlty you did it while injured, an even greater accomplishment. Nice Job...You Da' Man. I am still trying to talk myself into added some exercise into my "life". Thinkin' about walking, pilates, weights and some yoga. Any exercise successes you'd like to share? Great Job man!
