It doesn't take much. Just being careful and watching what I eat seems to work the best. No skinny tea, no pill made from a fruit from the Congo. When I get caught up in the latest weight loss fad I lose track of what Im eating and I cut corners. I always get caught up in the fantasy eat more because my "metabolism is boosted". What really gets me, are those long busy days at work where Im running off coffee. Before I know it, its 630 pm and I haven't eaten all day. Being mindful is key for me.

Agreed, it doesn't take much, mostly just paying attention and eating foods that are good for you with lots of nutrition and not junk. Also exercise helps.

Great advice, try preparing snacks to take with you to work that you can nibble on during the day this keeps you away from the dangers of sugar filled snacks at work. I found that if I make a smoothie in the morning and take to work I can drink it while I am working this way you don't miss meals and are getting the nutrients that you need. Just saying, hope this helps.
