HOW AM I GAINING WEIGHT!!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Just by glancing through your Diet Calendar, it looks like you are going to one extreme or the other. Either too many calories, or too few calories. Your body is holding onto whatever food it can get to avoid starvation. Also, watch the Atkins products. Aren't the brownies for stages 2, 3, 4 only? Have you read the books?

Hello. I looked at your diet calendar, I have been on atkins for about 1 month now and lost 18lbs. I would suggest not eating so many shakes & bars. They can cause people to stall. I usually only have 1 per day maybe 2 - 3 times a week. I would also watch for hidden sugars. Watch your counts I stick with 60-70% fat, 20-30% protein & 5-10% carbs in my pie chart. Mary is right....and are you exercising and not imputting? That also matters alot. But your body will not let go of fat if you are not feeding it. I know that is partially how I got to where I am. For a while I pretty much starved myself. And are you drinking lots of water?

I am definitely one of those people that doesn't like to cook at all so I was/am using the shakes & bars as a way to strictly follow my calorie & carb intake. I've been working out 3-4 times per week (Jillian's 30 day shred!) but I'm still staying right around the same weight. Mary - The caramel fudge brownie bars say all phases on the back of them. The crunchy ones say 2-4 but I try not to eat them unless absolutely necessary; I don't really like them. I did buy a book but I guess I got the old one and not the "new" Atkins book so I'm going to have to go buy that once I get the $. Avery - I have been making sure that I eat something about 20-30 minutes after I work out. Maybe I'm not eating the right things...?
