I was expecting much better results this week!
183.6 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

That is a moment to be celebrated - any kind of loss redefines the fact that what you are doing is working - that .4 is almost half a pound of fat that is no longer stored energy - on top of all of the food intake in your last week - you also used almost a half a pound of stored energy/fat - that is good. WTG and Keep it up!!! You got it.
