Only 0.4 pounds! I felt like crying. I've gotta do something different. My husband says that he can honestly see the difference, but I want the damn numbers on the scale to go down. This is most certainly NOT a good day. I HAVE to re-evaluate my eating and figure out what I'm doing wrong. Oh, and drink more water.

Hang in there!!! I went through the same exact thing this past week where the the scale did not budge, but my fiance said he saw a difference, but I could neither see it or feel it. If you ever need any motivation or just want to bounce something off me, I will be here !!

Thanks! I took that a year (and about 10 pounds) ago. Your comment actually was what made me change the picture. I didn't like the feeling of admitting that I thought someone else was better than me, I guess...LOL

RS9, Thanks! I may actually take you up on that offer. My hubby's complaining that "our true weight is without clothes, and that's the way Weight Watchers should do it". LOL. I guess he hates to see me in tears. I know that I've just got to do something better and/or different. Damn those strawberry wafers!LOL

You may not be doing anything wrong. Some people lose more slowly than others. But at least the scale is moving. Some things to think about: Are you eating all your daily points every day (eating less doesn't always mean more weight loss, it can sometimes mean less)? Are you drinking your water? Are you getting in fruits and veggies? Are you getting enough dairy and lean protein? Are you eating too many processed type foods (tons of sodium)? Are you being honest and writing everything you eat down (those bites, licks and tastes add up)? Are you getting in some exercise (even walking will help)? Doing things you normally do each day don't really count as exercise (unless you are painting your house, lol). Good luck!

Suzi, thanks! I did realize that I need to drink more water. And I spoke to my leader this morning and she said the same thing about the Smart Ones and Progresso products (the sodium). There have also been a day or two where I didn't eat all of my points, and YES I write all of my food to a fault! There are times where, by the time I'm done calculating and writing, my foods cold! LOL. I'll try to work out more, and drink more water. Also, I've heard that not using all of my activity points can be counter productive. I'm not throwing that towel in just yet!
