a pound from 4 days ago; not a lot, but also not bad for somebody who ate cheesecake, funnel cake, and donut last weekend. but it’s time to put in some more workout and discipline during the week, because there will be more parties and gatherings and of course more temptation in the holiday weekends to come! anyway, aside from the number on the scale, i have some NSVs; i lost 2 inchess off my waist, my endurance for exercise and energy level throughout the day has been getting better, and my insomnia is less and my sleep has improved, from 2 hours a night to 5 hours! Yay!
