Donot know what i am doing wrong???
189.6 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thankyou....i really apreciate your suport, i lost that in twenty days...and i just ate 800 cal.a max. per day...sometimes just 500 cal.

Many of us have discovered the same thing happened - and our daily calorie intake was to low - I have no idea why that happens - but it does happen.

If you were only eating 5 to 700 cal a day your body might be in starvation mode and hanging onto the weight.
