I somehow am able to maintain current weight. No big major drop or rise. It's pretty hard to lose some more weight as life is hectic at the moment. The only thing I can do is try to eat less junk and eat 3 meals a day. I snack reasonably as well.

To shed the last 3kg, I plan to eat healthier and maintain a junk food free diet. Hopefully, I'm able to do some light exercises such as hoola hooping and sit ups. Also, do some cardio such as jogging once-thrice a week.


Good news and bad news ..

The goods:
- I have a boyfriend.
- He eats fairly healthy (minus fast food and carbonated drinks when he needs a quick fix to cure hunger). He eats 3 meals a day and he only eats when he is hungry. I kinda adopt his healthy habit.
- He brings me to gym when I have free time (althoguht it only happened once).
- He "persuades" me to achieve my weight goal some times.

The bads:
- He is not a lookist but he cares about appearance. He wants me to dress up and make up everytime I head out with him and his friends. Ah, Im not those kind of hardworking girls who try to look good everyday lol.
- Ironically, he doesn't want me to be skiny. When I complain of hunger (after having a meal or before bed time), he shove junk food to me. No good.
- Because of having a new person gets into my life, I have less for myself and I can't free my time out to work out alone.
117.7 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
