Woohoo, another week of no tracking but still maintaining. I think my goal for the rest of the year will be maintenance, and after the holidays I'll try to lose those last few pounds.
I'm pretty happy where I am right now, and I can manage to eat most food most of the time without crazy binging, which is a whoa moment for me anyways. I've had ice cream in the freezer for 2 weeks now I'm still working on, because I just don't want ice cream, and when I do, I don't want the whole container. 🙃
I think I had mentioned it before, but I did coaching with Heather, and I think that really helped me get over the hump I have every time I do this weight loss journey. I'm feeling pretty confident that I won't need to do this again.
