Good morning, friends! I am about to break my 36 hours fasting, but not hungry yet and thinking , may be I can stretch more. This is not my first fasting, but each time I loose a pound or two, it does not last long before I gain it back. This is never ending struggle. This time I will try to low my ratio from 1200 to 1000 cal and see if this can help me. I need to lose 12 pounds. Does not look like much , but still can not do it for years since I gained it after shoulder pain treatment. I am only 5 feet high, so this is the whole size for me. And good luck to all of you!😘
119.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bash17, I’m 4’ 11” & 75 years old. I feel your pain. I try to stay at 300 calorie meals each day so maybe I can have a treat once a week. Six pounds & out of one size & into another size. It’s such a slow process to lose just one pound!

I did 36 hours fast before, this is not my first time. But this time I managed only 26 hours , was so hungry, could not sleep. So I broke it with kefir, rye bread and gummy bears🤭… and slept very good after that.
