Reading the Circadian Code book by Dr Pandas, it is quite an epiphany for me. 2000 carbs per day, target 25 fat, 45 carbs, 30 proteins. Added TRE - time restricted eating between 8am and 6pm, some exercise in the morning, augmented exposure to daylight and limited blue light in the evening (screens) - going to bed around 9pm and getting up around 6 am

Thanks, these fat (25) / carbs (45) / protein (30) numbers are target percentage per day, recommendations of my nutritionist. I actually log my food on Lose it (to make it easier for my nutritionist to review the email reports)

Your analysis & method speaks to me. My body seems to be happier & guiding me to the same parameters. If I am not so stubborn and listen I would be successful. Thank you for sharing your knowledge & thoughts.
