I'm not going to count the gain as a gain. My previous weight was after I hadn't eaten hardly anything the day before. But, it helps me realize how close I am to the mini goal of less than 100 lbs to loose!! Back on the trai today!!
232.6 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 102.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
