Goodbye 280s!! :)
Doing good. Cravings are decreasing. Got some ketostix today so that I can test my ketone levels.. waiting to have to pee. :) I'm letting myself weigh every day this week, but after that I'm going to try to only weigh-in once a week.
Bonus-- my skin is so well hydrated, it looks great and my elbows aren't dry at all. I'm also making it up the stairs without getting winded. I know I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I think my cells must be getting energy more efficiently. I've felt great the last few days.. no crashes.
