I have been admiring a lot of photos and post from afar I initially started using this app cuz it was a free calorie counter but quickly realized just looking through pictures of different types of non bread salads transformational food ideas has really inspired this thought. isn't it funny how hard we worked to stay fat and what I mean by that is when you make easy bad choices they're convenient they're often times familiar but I've lost a hundred and forty pounds and I can't bring myself to acknowledge it fully because the journey transformation lady to lose this much weight has been challenging isn't the right word it has been adventurous in a way that I am not usually see I think as a fat person I was typical I was standard you have a hamburger you have a bun you have ketchup you have mustard you have mayonnaise as a person making healthier choices whether you lose 5 lbs today or 10 lb a year from now the fun part or the interesting part is trying to eat good food in a fun unique way does it take longer to weigh my food now yes do I have to think outside the box in terms of what dressings I use for my salads researching Stevia over other sweeteners for example but having to think outside the box and having to be different has almost made me embrace myself and a interesting all most rewarding way that mentally and physically encourages you to keep going so even though it is hard to start on the path don't think of it as weight loss think of it is an interesting game of cat and mouse don't be typical you different being different means finding the right amount of hot sauce to mustard to make it taste like Chinese chicken and literally save yourself thousands of calories and have the same reward those kind of victories make you feel better then the person making the easy more convenient bad choice
