On February 28th I said “I lost 6.5kg in 7 weeks, do you think I’ll make it another 7 weeks for the same” and I can officially say I HAVE! With struggle and perseverance I have changed my habits (16:8) and doing a 12 week workout program I am 6.5kg again lighter then before. It’s not always a straight line but it’s all about listening to your body and changing if things aren’t working instead of giving up ! Stay strong guys 💪🏽
