Thanks trytrytryagainagain. I'm eating around 1800 calories in maintenance, was eating 1600 when losing weight. All I've done is cut my portion size. I eat what I fancy, I regularly have fish & chips from chip shop but make it a small portion😀👍

Actually, it went down from 88.0 to 87.5 in kg. 👍👍🤗👏👏🍾
