I hadnt had bread or rice in 2 days and i gave in last night. Imade stir fry shrimp, with white rice. I ate until I was stuffed.....and it felt good.

My major issues have been portion control, and fast/ processed foods. I am very proud to say that now
I am concious of what im putting in my mouth.
I am enjoying vegetables, I have to work on the fruits.
Veggies rock!!!


I can and will overcome this transitional phase in my life.

Bikini here I come!
