Surprised to see a loss as I haven't been eating great over the past week and even indulged in some ice-cream and cookies last night 😋 But was still working out and trying to get my protein in over the week - guess it balanced out!
171.1 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
