hey. I'm no expert but I don't believe you've undone anything. to put on 2# of fat in a week is unlikely. probably water food other things. bet your back quickly.

No.problem. I've actually gone up 4 in a day. Then 3 days later it's gone. I'm an oddball. So if u ever need to feel better about you just pop over and look at my journals. Instant self esteem. 😝😝😝
