so I am heavier than yesterdays weigh in only by 0.1 kg. I must confess last night i had skittles and pringles. after eating healthy for so long the bad food has really made me feel like rubbish mentally and physically. ready for a quick morning detox and ready to get back on it.

weight fluctuates each day, could be swollen muscles, not going to the loo etc etc sometimes it's better to weigh each week
