So I've been maintaining, past week and will continue ready for the new year! Not exercising or tracking my calories but just eating what I feel like (trying not to go crazy although I have had my fair share of chocolate 😶🤭). Then back into an exercise routine from 4th of Jan and really focusing on eating good food! Hoping by end of 2021 I will get to my goal weight of 67kg!!!! 💪🏾💪🏾
