No loss this past week but no gain either. I lost 4 pounds the week before so I'll take it. I gotta step it up. Dress fitting for bridesmaid dress this coming week and the wedding is in 20 days!
255.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
