Happy this morning with another half pound off.
lunches at work this week, i have planned to do salads with various different toppings, bit of protein but mainly speedy vegetables
272.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
