I didn't gain...I am SO surprised! I have been eating a ridiculous amount of food lately. I don't know what is going on with me. I am usually so focused. I need to change things this week. I can pretend that last week was a "practice run". I know that I totally cheated and I feel awful, but this is so uncharacteristic of me!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
