Not a massive loss in weight because yesterday I had fish and chips and on saturday Pizza Hut, also I have started a new app which is to tone and work out the muscles, so I am probably retaining water, also I have lost 4cm on legs, 2cm abdomen and 1 cm arm, is not all about the weight!!
157.6 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
