Ahhhh resultsss - small but 1kg down after a week!! But it's not just about the weight loss - I can feel myself getting physically fitter again. Doing 20 reps of burpees, situps and pushups in a row is getting easier again. Yesterday I did a plank for a whole minute without dropping. I'm going for daily walks and getting the husband involved too 😏 I'm making better food choices and just feeling happier again 😁 I can do this!! Again!! 💪
