Holy moly! I am so excited! I weigh 250! That's 20 pounds down from when I started! I can actually do this!
250.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 October 2010:
1380 kcal Fat: 56.50g | Prot: 79.39g | Carb: 137.31g.   Breakfast: Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs. Lunch: Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Ground Turkey (Cooked), Refried Beans (Canned). Dinner: Chicken Nuggets, Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Meatballs. Snacks/Other: Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips, Popsicle. more...
