I went to a wedding and a birthday party this weekend and I ate (and drank) horribly. I also haven't done any real exercise for a week!!! I am going home right now to exercise. At least I didn't gain any weight! I feel like crap-ola.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
