My goal for February was 143.8, so I'm calling this a win! February was a hard month. I learned my first dog I've ever had and is 11.5 years old has lymphoma. Since then, we've started treatment and it's been up and down. My heart is breaking and I don't know if I'm doing the right things.
It's certainly made it hard to want to cook dinner after work, or run, because I feel like I have no energy. I've managed though on some days.
Here's to hoping March is better for me and everyone else.
