A few grams up.. Not done gym and had alcohol twice this week.. 😔 😔 😔 Also I have eaten around 250 calories extra every day..
176.1 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
