Had a lat night studying last night, and ended up binging on a baked potato and mashed sweet potatoes (I know... late night carbs are bad!!)... and I feel disgusting this morning. The thing is, I didn't even want any of it until my boyfriend suggested it, and then I was just craving it!! Not really sure how to not do that any more.
In other news, I'm trying to do a kind of candy/fried food detox, so I don't crave it any more. I read somewhere that if you go 5 days without candy, you will start to stop craving it, so that is my goal. I kind of assumed it would be the same with fried food, so I'm just using that 5-day time frame to start off. I am so far on day 3 of the candy detox, but had hush puppies as well last night so am starting over today. We'll see how it goes! Though I must say, I'm always proud of myself when I stop from going to the candy bins... :D
