Think my scales are having a funny five minutes it said 87kg then I did it again and it came up 87.4 - hmmm anyway it’s a little bit more off !!! So I’m happy
192.7 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
