How often do people weigh themselves? I like to track my weight every single day. I bought a digital scale that tells me lbs and oz. it really motivates me to see even a few oz less each day.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I only weigh once a week. Ide be so OCD if I weighed everyday. Good luck :)
