Getting back on track!!! 💪💪
Hopefully gonna go back to my lowest weight from August then gradually to my never-in-sight goal weight I should be according to my BMI.
It's amazing what watching what you eat (and I'm not starving myself) and a little bit of walking (keeping to my 10,000 steps a day this week - even jogging on the spot at home!) can do.
Also decided to go gym this evening so I think this will definitely be a push in the right direction 😬😁😁😁
