I know I'm crazy to start counting calories just before the holidays, but why not?

Best time to keep track of calories! Too easy to eat or drink too many calories this time of year.

My sister & her husband started about a month ago on Weight Watchers. She said they had done it several years ago & had great success starting during the holiday season.
