Overate last nite, pork & rice and big bowl of ice cream, cheezits & cabbage soup for lunch, half glass of water before weighing. ugh heavy.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
