I’m just not losing weight, even though I’m visiting the gym much more & walking like 14k step each day, were as before I was sitting down for like 10/12 hours a day driving !!! This reallly wasn’t the way I expected things to go feeling somewhat GUTTED 😢😢😢
206.4 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
