So I've gained.... it's been a tough and stressful few months. Got married, moved cities and settling in a whole new lifestyle (and being fed loads 😭😭😭). I gained 2kg a while back but was too afraid to log it and now this is my current weight.
Came back home for a week and decided to take advantage and book some personal trainer sessions. Hopefully this will now be a motivator to get me back on track. Going to invest in some basic weights so I can workout at home!! 💪
