Almost where I wanted to be before leaving for Africa on.Sunday.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

(Nutricost). Lunch: Jams and Preserves , Margarine, Thomas' Whole Wheat Bagel, Mashed Cauliflower, Sweet Potato. Dinner: Great Value Fig Newton Bars, Taco Bell Burrito Supreme - Beef. Snacks/Other: Fiber One Original Cereal, Chromax Fiber Advance Gummies, Target Adult Gummy Vitamins. more...

It's my annual mission trip/sabatical.... I go for a month every year to Tanzania... since 2006. Not so much a vacation... exhausting, hard work, but so rewarding and it will be good to see everyone there again.
