Ok... so the high stress, sugar loaded, low protein day yesterday wasn't all that bad when tempered with a brisk, sweaty walk and a commitment to still stay under the daily calorie goal. But I think the day-after headache is the punishment.
193.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
